ZTM connector connects your Zoho CRM and your MailChimp so that you can run your marketing campaigns more effectively and easily. It ensures a smooth flow of your business information between your CRM and email marketing software. It brings back your campaign statistics to your Zoho CRM and updates your Zoho CRM. You can populate your MailChimp list from Zoho CRM using this connector.

What exact Information will flow back and forth in every Sync ?
From Zoho to MailChimp:

Syncs Leads/Contacts from Zoho CRM to the MailChimp Lists of your choice.

Apart from first name, last name and Email Id, you can transfer information residing in
10 other fields of your Zoho Leads/Contacts to MailChimp

From MailChimp to Zoho :

The information about status of mail sent to each (bounced/ unsubscribed/opened, etc)
Will be shown in your Zoho

How often and when do the Syncs happen ?

You can Sync your data any time / every 12 hours.

Since its your data and your business, you should have a complete control over it.
You can Choose the timings when you want to sync your data every day.

Is there any limit on number of records I can process using ZTM connector.
No. We don't limit the number of records. But, Zoho has put down some guidelines for using their API https://zohocrmapi.wiki.zoho.com/Generating-API-Ticket.html

Does it work with Free Version of Zoho CRM ?
Yes. It does. It works with all versions of Zoho CRM including the free version.

How to start using the ZTM connector ?
Just fill up a small form (Sign Up). We will create an account for you. Log in to this account. Set up your connector the way you want it and Start using it.


How do I set up the connector?
Log in to your account & Click on ‘My Account’ link , then click on the Connector Settings of your Connector and follow the 3 step procedure.
  • Connect to your Zoho CRM and MailChimp
  • Set the Sync Timings
  • Map the Fields

What different modes of Payment are available ?
You can pay through Paypal or you can pay using Credit card.

How do I cancel my subscription ?
Log in to your account. Click on 'Payment History' on the left top side where you will get the details of Orders and Subscription plans.

You can just log in to your Paypal account and cancel your subscription from there.
Once done, you can confirm it by checking out your Payment History > Details of my Subscription Plan. The status should show as 'Cancelled'. Once cancelled, your autobilling will stop.It takes some time to get the changes reflected into your Account

Do I have to go to my Paypal account every month to renew my subscription ? Or Do you Autobill ?
We want you to save some hassles. So we would be automatically deducting the monthly subscription charges from your account till you choose to cancel it.

My ZTM connector is not running. What should I do ?
Log in to your account. Click on the ‘My Account’ link , then click on Sync Errors of your Connector.

You will get to see why exactly the connector did not run.

Quick Checklist to fix your issue
7 out 10 times, this checklist has helped our customers to solve their issue immediately.

  • Check if the Zoho Auth token and MailChimp API key you entered are right
  • Check if the List exists in Mailchimp
  • The email Ids of Leads/Contacts in your Zoho CRM are Valid
  • No same email Id is assigned to more than one lead/contact in your Zoho
  • Check if fields have compatible format before mapping them
    e.g. Birthdate in MailChimp is Day-Month format and thus does not get mapped with Day-Month-Year format of date in Zoho
  • And of course please check if Your Sync has taken place before checking the data

At what time my Sync will happen ?
Just Login to your account. Click on the ‘My Account’ link , then click on Sync Timings of your connector.
You will get to know sync timings.

Can we check campaign responses in Zoho CRM for respective campaigns sent from MailChimp ? If yes, then how are responses mapped in Zoho CRM ?
Yes. We do process campaign responses back into Zoho CRM. The mapping is as follows:
