What is ZTiC Connector ZTiC Connector integrates your Zoho CRM and iContact so that working with each of them becomes more fun. This two way connector ensures smooth flow of business information empowering you to make better and quicker business decisions. By populating your iContact lists with Zoho CRM leads/contacts, it makes running marketing campaigns easier. It also brings back campaign statistics to your Zoho CRM and gives you actionable information at a place from where you can take actions.

What exact information will flow back and forth in every Sync ?
From Zoho CRM to iContact :
Apart from first name, last name and Email Id it syncs 10 other fields of your Zoho Leads/Contacts to iContact.

From iContact to Zoho CRM :
Campaign level statistics (how many opened, etc.) as well as member level statistics (who opened, who unsubscribed, etc.) will be shown in your Zoho CRM.

Can I decide how many times to Sync in a day ? It's your data. You should have a complete control over it. With this belief we have made this product to give you lot of flexibility and choice in Syncing your data.

You can Sync your data any time / every 12 hours

Is there any limit on number of records I can process using ZTiC connector.
No. We don’t limit the number of records. But, Zoho has put down some guidelines for using their API https://zohocrmapi.wiki.zoho.com/Generating-API-Ticket.html

Does it work with Free Version of Zoho CRM ?
Yes. It does. It works with all versions of Zoho CRM including the free version.
